One person was confirmed dead, Burgos said.

Fox was driving a 2001 BMW X5 when he was making a lane change at the same time that one of the two other cars was making a lane change into the same lane. The two vehicles collided and one of them struck the third vehicle.
Fox's car crossed all the lanes and then struck a concrete barrier before flipping over, police said.
