A Countryside man is expected to accept a negotiated plea today for killing three members of aDarien family.

Jacob Nodarse, 25, has been charged with murder for the March 2010 slayings of Jeffrey and Lori Kramer and their son, Mike, 20, during a break-in at their home.

Monday, DuPage County Assistant State’s Atty. Joe Ruggiero and Nodarse attorney Steven “Randy” Rueckert said they expected the plea deal to be finalized during a scheduled court appearance Tuesday for Nodarse before Judge Daniel Guerin.

Ruggiero and Rueckert both declined to discuss terms of the plea deal. Earlier this month they met with the judge in a private conference to outline the plea deal, which Guerin must approve.

Nodarse, 25, is alleged to have committed the murders at the direction of a friend named Johnny Borizov, who was involved in a child custody dispute with the Kramers’ daughter. The daughter, the Kramer’s oldest son, and Mike Kramer’s girlfriend were at the residence during the attack, but escaped injury by either hiding or escaping from the house.

Borizov, 29, of Willow Springs, has also been charged with murder and is being held in the DuPage County jail in lieu of bond as he awaits trial.
