Police officers shot a man after a foot pursuit though East Flatbush early this morning, sources said.The cops approached the man near Linden Boulevard and Utica Avenue sometime just after midnight but the man fled, firing back towards the cops as he ran.
The cops lost him for a short period but then found him hiding under some bushes two blocks away near East 48th Street and Linden Boulevard.
The man shot at the cops again but this time they shot back, striking him and forcing him to surrender.
The man was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
